对167名健康不吸烟者、67例慢性支气管炎患者及23例肺限制性疾病患者,依据最大呼气流量-容积曲线分别测算在肺活量75%~50%、50%~25%、25%~残气位的最大呼气流量平均斜率(分别称MTC_1、MTC_2、MTC_3)及MTC_1/MTC_3(MTC_R)。综观各测定值,能精确、定量地反映最大呼气流量-容积曲线的形态,并能用于阻塞性与限制性肺疾病的鉴别。但MTC在检测小气道病变的敏感性优于传统的用力呼气流量指标,尤以MTC_R较为实用。
