自2011年以来,大庆油田第七采油厂逐步建立起“厂-矿-队”三级专业化管理体系,对人力资源开发提出了更高的要求,人力资源管理水平也逐步得到提升。按照“业务集中管理、设备统一调派、人员精干高效”的管理理念,通过分类研究、试点先行、总结完善、逐步推广,对厂、矿、队三个层面的19项业务推行专业化管理,初步构建起了点线面互相结合支撑的三级专业化管理网络。作为“厂-矿-队”三级专业化管理的精髓,人力资源开发工作显得尤为必要。
