我厂在庆安公司的齿距测量仪的基础上,改制成功了小型圆柱齿轮齿距测量仪,扩大了应用范围,提高了测量精度和效率,解决了生产关键。现将小型圆柱齿轮齿距测量仪介绍如下: 一、仪器应用范围主要用于测量小型圆柱齿轮、蜗轮、插齿刀、直槽滚刀、花键、分齿盘的周节误差和周节累积误差及圆周等分误差,也可以测量齿轮的径向跳动量和圆柱齿轮的齿向。在测量方法上,为提高周节累积误差的测量精度,可以进行分组跨齿测量。二、测量范围可测模数:0.4～5。测量精度:5级以下圆柱齿轮及A级插齿刀,测量周节累积误差,齿数Z≯80。三、测量原理与结构
