施工阶段是将设计阶段的图纸变成水利工程实体工程的重要阶段。施工阶段的质量直接决定了水利工程的质量,对水利工程的运行具有十分重大的影响。随着我国经济技术的快速发展,我国施工人员的工作经验越来越丰富。但是,我国在施工管理方面仍然有一些缺陷。对于这些存在的问题,需要加以重视并及时将其解决,弥补施工阶段管理的缺陷。本文就施工阶段的质量控制管理问题提出看法和建议。
Construction phase is the design phase of the drawings into an important phase of hydraulic engineering entities. With the rapid development of economy and technology in our country, the construction workers in our country have more and more rich working experience. However, our country still has some defects in construction management.
