在推进素质教育，推进自主学习的宏观进程中，围绕如何选择有效的教学途径，提高学生学习效率的问题，可谓仁者见仁，智者见智，争议颇多。做为一个中学教师，近年来，我在认真学习教育理论的同时，在实践中大胆尝试以教材为本，以学生为主体，抓住学生心理特点，用一些做法提高他们记忆强度，取的较好的教学效果。
