目的探讨磁共振(MR)不同脂肪抑制方法对肘管尺神经MR神经成像图像质量的影响。方法使用频率选择饱和技术(FS)、短反转时间反转恢复技术(STIR)和精确频率反转恢复技术(SPAIR)的T2加权像(T2WI)序列对8名健康志愿者的16个肘关节进行扫描,比较3种脂肪抑制方法下的尺神经信号强度(SI)、MR图像的信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR);并对图像进行主观评分,比较不同脂肪抑制方法对肘部尺神经MR成像的影响。结果3种脂肪抑制方法的T2WI序列均能显示尺神经。SPAIR-T2WI和FS-T2WI图像的尺神经SI相当(P>0.05),均高于STIR-T2WI(P<0.01);SPAIR-T2WI图像的SNR、CNR和图像质量主观评分均高于STIR-T2WI和FS-T2WI(P<0.01)。结论使用SPAIR、FS和STIR 3种脂肪抑制方法的MR T2WI序列均能显示肘管段尺神经;SPAIR抑脂方法可取得更好的图像质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of different methods of magnetic resonance (MR) fat suppression on the MR neuroimaging images of ulnar ulnar nerve. Methods T2 weighted images (T2WI) of frequency selective saturation technique (FS), short inversion time reversal recovery (STIR) and precise frequency inversion recovery (SPAIR) were used to evaluate the performance of 16 elbow joints in 8 healthy volunteers The signal intensity ratio (SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of the three models of fat suppression were compared. Results All the T2WI sequences of fat suppression method showed ulnar nerve. The SI of SPAIR-T2WI and FS-T2WI images were significantly higher than that of STIR-T2WI (P <0.01), and the subjective scores of SNR, CNR and image quality of SPAIR-T2WI images were higher than that of STIR-T2WI And FS-T2WI (P <0.01). Conclusions The MR T2WI sequence of the three fat suppression methods using SPAIR, FS and STIR can both display ulnar ulnar nerve; SPAIR liposuction method can achieve better image quality.
