远在1888年 Gower 氏及1890年 Ormerod氏对肝性豆状核变性已有了不完全的叙述,至1912年 Wilson 反对此病作了详细的报告,因而后人又称之为威尔逊氏病。过去认为本病是一种稀少的疾病,Andre 氏统计至1946年止,仅有145例。国内文献仅有程玉麘氏、林文秉氏(1932)各报二例,童启哲氐(1951)报告三例,北京中国协和医院(1954)报告一例,北京苏联红十字医院(1955)报告一例(苏藉同志)。最近张阮昌等氏七年内(1950-1956)观察25例,
As far back as 1888, Gower’s or Ormerod’s 1890 degeneration of hepatic lentiform nuclei had been incompletely described. By 1912, Wilson gave a detailed report of the disease against which he was later referred to as Wilson’s disease. In the past that the disease is a rare disease, Andre’s statistics until 1946, only 145 cases. Only three cases were reported in the domestic literature (1932), one was reported by Lin Wen-Bing (1932), one was reported by Tong Kai-tzu (1951), one was reported by Beijing Union Hospital (1954), one was reported by the Soviet Red Cross Hospital of Beijing (1955) ).
