目的 研究不同组方清热药物影响下氧化应激对组织细胞及代谢过程的变化.方法 本研究以雄性小鼠为研究对象构建2型糖尿病模型,基于传统的黄连-生地黄中药对,将地骨皮和鬼箭羽两种具有抗氧化应激活性成分的传统清热药物与其相结合构成清热药物组方,用药后测量小鼠血糖的变化情况.结果 研究结果表明,与对照组比较,模型组和治疗组小鼠体质量增长减缓,胰岛素浓度表现显著升高.且在改善胰岛素抵抗方面,黄连- 生地黄- 地骨皮和鬼箭羽组方具有更好的效果,P < 0.05.结论 表明该改进清热药物组方具有潜在临床应用价值.“,”Objective To study the effects of different antipyretic drugs on oxidative stress on tissue cells and metabolism. Method In this study, male mice were taken as the research object to construct type 2 diabetes mellitus model. Based on the traditional Coptis chinensis Rehmannia pair, two traditional antipyretic drugs with anti-oxidation and stress activating components, namely cortex Rehmanniae and Guijianyu, were combined to form antipyretic drug group. The changes of blood glucose in mice were measured. Results The results showed that compared with the control group, the weight gain of the model group and the treatment group was slower, and the insulin concentration was significantly higher. In terms of improving insulin resistance, the formulas of Coptis-Rhizoma Dihuang-Digupi and Guijianyu have better effects,P<0.05.Conclusion It indicates that the improved antipyretic drug has potential clinical application value.
