晚期食管癌患者的饮食安排是件非常头痛的事。患者由于害怕疼痛、恶心、呕吐,往往不敢多进食,导致摄入体内的营养素严重不足,出现体重下降、消瘦、贫血等症状。为了使病人在弥留之际减少痛苦、增强体质、延长生命,合理安排病人的饮食至关重要。
The diet of patients with advanced esophageal cancer is a very headache.
