笔者在一次压缩机检修中发现这样一种现象,有一台6AW—12.5氨压缩机,它的油泵是由压缩机主轴带动。当压缩机由启动到投入正常运转时,压缩机汽缸内有金属的敲击声,每当曲轴旋转一周,这种响声将重复一次,并且声音是由大变小逐渐消失。经过二十四小时运行,压缩机的所有运行参数都在正常范围之内,且能使库温下降,当按下压缩机的停止按扭,汽缸内的敲击声又开始由小变大逐渐响起来,直至响到电机停止转动为止。打开缸盖和侧盖检查,用铝丝压入法测量了活塞上死隙和连杆大头轴瓦与曲柄销径向间隙,发现该两处间隙都在正常范围之内,因此排除了这两处可能出现的故障,继而将活塞连杆体全部从压缩机中拿出来,检查6个缸的活塞销与小头衬套配合情况,发现小头衬套 The author found such a phenomenon in a compressor overhaul, there is a 6AW-12.5 ammonia compressor, the pump is driven by the compressor spindle.
