Looking at the economic development process of all countries in the world, from decentralized production to centralized management, from general collaboration to enterprise groups, is the general rule for the formation and development of large industries. Developing horizontal economic relations and establishing enterprise groups are objective requirements for the development of China’s socialist commodity economy, an inevitable trend of socialized large-scale production, and an important part of economic system reform. The composition of an enterprise group is like an organic organization in every part of the human body. The movement of funds in the group is like the blood circulation of all parts of the human body. The blood circulation is normal, and the human body will have a strong vitality. In China’s corporate groups, there are almost all such outstanding problems with financial constraints.
