在临床中,静脉药物的应用率是比较高的,每天要应用静脉药物的患者人数是比较多的,一般静脉药物要经过专业的配置之后才能够应用,为了静脉用药的配置能在干净的环境下实施,药学部介入了临床配置药物的环节,目的就是促进医院的合理用药、使药物的浪费现象减少。本文对静脉药物配置中心对临床护理工作的影响进行了探讨,为了提高药物的配置安全性,我们加强了对合理用药的相关监控,这样对病区人力资源的合理应用是有利的,也使工作人员的职业防护意识不断的提升了,减少了药物的浪费。我认为,静脉药物配置中心要严格加强护理管理,切实做到和药学部紧密沟通,协调管理,平时要对工作人员进行相关的培训与管理,在配置药物的时候要严格把关,严格执行无菌操作原则,避免群体输液感染的情况发生,提高工作效率。
