学生选择高职院校的最终目的是要解决就业问题,毕业生就业率是衡量学校教育质量的重要标准,并在一定程度上决定着高职院校的发展前途。面对当前的就业形势,各高职院校对学生的职业指导工作非常重视,学校的教育活动紧紧围绕“就业”展开,本文笔者以就业思想指导为核心,分析就业思想指导工作的重要作用和现实意义,希望能为高职院校职业指导工作的开展提供一些有建设性意义的观点。
