由于油田采出水中Na~+、Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Fe~(2+)等离子及悬浮物、细菌的存在,使采用油田回注污水配制的HPAM(部分水解聚丙烯酰胺)-酚醛树脂交联可动凝胶性能变差,并且随污水中离子浓度增加,对凝胶性能影响越严重。为提高回注污水配制可动凝胶的性能,试验研究了降低Ca2+、Mg~(2+)、Fe~(2+)等离子对凝胶性能影响的添加剂NHCS配方。通过试验,在油田回注污水中加入与Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Fe~(2+)离子等量反应的添加剂NHCS,同时通过对污水进行搅拌等措施,使污水配制可动凝胶的黏度达到同浓度清水配制的70%以上,有效提高了油田回注污水配制可动凝胶的交联黏度和稳定性能。
