全国第一起副省级非党人士犯罪案件于4月23日在山东省济南市公开审理。济南市中级人民法院判处原山东省政协副主席潘广田无期徒刑,剥夺政治权利终身,并处没收财产8万元,扣押于检察机关的赃款赃物予以没收上缴国库。 潘广田,这位曾经位高权重的高级领导干部,因放纵贪欲,最终被拜金主义、享乐主义、极端个人主义所俘虏。潘广田的被查处,将人们的视角引向了对党外高级干部的教育、监督这一重大课题。
The nation’s first criminal case of vice-provincial non-party members was held in public in Jinan City, Shandong Province on April 23. Jinan Intermediate People’s Court sentenced Pan Guangtian, former vice chairman of the CPPCC Shandong Provincial Committee, to life imprisonment and deprived him of his political rights for a lifetime. He also confiscated 80,000 yuan of property and stolen goods stolen from procuratorial organs were turned over to the treasury. Pan Guangtian, a former high-ranking leading cadre, was eventually captured by money-worship, hedonism and extreme individualism because of his desire to indulge greed. Pan Guangtian was investigated and punished, leading people’s perspectives to the education and supervision of the top cadres outside the party.
