在经济发展过程中,产业结构的演进和就业结构的变化相互联系、相互影响,产业结构与就业结构关系的协调与否是衡量一个国家或地区国民经济是否健康发展的标志。因此,本文通过统计学的协整分析得出内蒙古第一产业的GDP和就业人数之间存在长期的均衡关系,对内蒙古未来产业的结构调整和就业安排有一定的指导作用。
In the course of economic development, the evolution of the industrial structure and the change of the employment structure are interrelated and influence each other. The coordination between the industrial structure and the employment structure is a measure of the healthy development of the national economy in a country or a region. Therefore, this paper obtains a long-term equilibrium relationship between the GDP and employment of the primary industry in Inner Mongolia through statistical cointegration analysis, which plays a guiding role in the structural adjustment and employment arrangement of the future industries in Inner Mongolia.
