我院1978年3月至1989年7月共收治妊娠子宫破裂39例,现将治疗体会简述如下: 资料与方法一、资料:年龄:39例中最小20岁,最大46岁,38至41岁29人,占73.4％;产次:初产妇1例,经产妇38例,其中3～6胎32人,占82％;孕周:子宫破裂发生在孕27周1例,37周2例,38～40周32例,41～42周4例,以38～40周为最多,占82％,发生在妊娠期者1例,分娩期38例,占97％;破裂因素;胎儿和子宫因素:横位20例,头盆不称4例,脑积水1例,瘢痕子宫6例;产科手术不当2例;产前催产素使用不当6例;破裂部位:39例病人中不完全子宫破裂1例,完全子宫破裂38例,其中完全子宫破裂合并膀胱破裂1例,完全子宫破裂合并膀胱及右侧输尿管断
