目的评价提高环境清洁度和手卫生依从性对NICU医院感染发病率的影响。方法观察某三甲医院NICU内环境物体表面消毒和手卫生消毒合格率、手卫生依从率提高后,医院感染发病率和疑似医院感染暴发事件数的变化。结果通过实施提高环境清洁和手卫生干预综合措施后,NICU环境物体表面的微生物检测和ATP检测合格率分别由65.22%和52.17%上升至91.53%和80.00%。医务人员手的微生物检测和ATP检测合格率分别由60.00%和50.00%上升至90.00%和83.33%。环境物体表面和手的ATP检测结果(平均RLU值)由76和62下降到12和9。NICU医护人员的手卫生依从性从42.97%上升至79.86%;NICU医院感染发病率从22.47‰下降至6.12‰;疑似医院感染暴发事件数从每年12起下降至每年4起。结论通过实施综合干预措施,降低了医院感染发病率和疑似医院感染暴发事件数。
Objective To evaluate the impact of improving environmental cleanliness and hand hygiene compliance on the incidence of NICU nosocomial infections. Methods The changes of incidence of nosocomial infection and suspected nosocomial infection in obstetrics and gynecology were observed after surface disinfection, hand hygiene disinfection rate and hand hygiene compliance rate in NICU of a top three hospital. Results After implementing the comprehensive measures to improve environmental cleanliness and hand hygiene intervention, the passing rate of microbial test and ATP test on the surface of NICU environmental objects increased from 65.22% and 52.17% to 91.53% and 80.00% respectively. The pass rate of microbial test and ATP test of medical staff increased from 60.00% and 50.00% to 90.00% and 83.33% respectively. The ATP test results (average RLU value) on the surface and hands of environmental objects decreased from 76 and 62 to 12 and 9 respectively. The health compliance of NICU staff increased from 42.97% to 79.86%; the incidence of NICU nosocomial infections decreased from 22.47 ‰ to 6.12 ‰; the number of suspected nosocomial infections dropped from 12 to 4 cases per year. Conclusions Through the implementation of comprehensive interventions, the incidence of nosocomial infections and the number of suspected nosocomial infections were reduced.
