在高校档案馆建立“专业服务馆员”制度,能够促进高校档案服务方式的创新和档案信息资源开发利用水平的提高。本文对建立该项制度的必要性,专业服务馆员应具备的素质和功能定位等作了初步探讨。
The establishment of a system of “professional service librarians” in the archives of colleges and universities can promote the innovation of archives service modes and the improvement of the utilization of archival information resources in colleges and universities. This article makes a preliminary study on the necessity of establishing this system, the qualities and functions that professional librarians should have.
