盐酸美沙酮口服液的稳定性研究

用HPLC测定盐酸美沙酮口服液的含量，平均回收率为100．17％，RSD＜1％。用初均速法进行稳定性实验，在室温下贮存3．8年；光照对其含量有一定的影响。

The content of methadone hydrochloride oral solution was determined by HPLC with the average recovery of 100.17% and RSD <1%. The stability test was carried out with an average initial velocity method and stored at room temperature for 3.8 years. The light intensity had a certain influence on the content.
