本文在50具(100侧)成年男性尸体上,对T_9至L_5的脊神经后支、后内侧支、后外侧支及其有关结构进行了观察,其结果是:①后支的长度约3毫米,直径约1.9毫米.②后内侧支的管前长度约11毫米,直径约0.7毫米.③后外侧支直径约1.3毫米.④后外侧支穿出骶棘肌和腰背筋膜的出现率,依次为T_9 100%、T_(10) 100%、T_(11)98%、T_(12) 99%、L_1 96%、L_2 95%、L_3 59%、L_4 7%及L_5 0%.⑤观察了T_9至L_4后外侧支在骶棘肌和腰背筋膜上的穿出点至中线、髂嵴水平线及其与棘突的平面关系.⑥观察了后支及后内侧支通过的骨纤维孔和骨纤维管及它们的形成、内径,深度、至中线距离及其与棘突的平面关系.
