近年来,在新疆区级各医院收治的肿瘤病例中,甲状腺癌患者比例越来越多,新疆地区人群中甲状腺肿瘤患者的总体发病数呈上升趋势[1]。分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid carcinoma,DTC)占所有甲状腺癌的85%～90%[2],目前分化型甲状腺癌公认的最佳治疗选择是以手术为主的综合治疗,因此DTC的首次手术治疗是关键。但对于以何种手术方式最为合适的看法还存在颇多争议,时至今日,切除范围不足或治疗过度等不规范的问题依然存在
In recent years, the number of cases of thyroid cancer in Xinjiang hospitals at the district level has been increasing. The overall incidence of thyroid cancer in Xinjiang population is on the rise [1]. Differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) accounts for 85% -90% of all thyroid carcinomas [2].
