目的分析徐州市18岁以上常住居民食盐摄入情况。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,使用自行设计的问卷进行调查,对42 114名18岁及以上常住居民食盐摄入量进行分析,不同组别食盐摄入量的差异运用t/t′检验进行比较,logistic回归分析影响食盐摄入量的因素。结果徐州市18岁以上常住居民平均食盐摄入量15.50(g/d),男性食盐摄入量高于女性(P<0.01),不同年龄组人群食盐摄入量不同(P<0.01),农村居民食盐摄入量高于城市居民(P<0.01);膳食中盐的主要来源为食盐,其次为咸菜;徐州市85.20%的18岁以上居民食盐摄入量超过6 g/d。结论引导居民养成良好的健康生活方式,提倡少吃盐和盐腌制品、少吃咸菜,增加新鲜蔬菜和水果摄入,养成良好的饮食习惯。
Objective To analyze the salt intake of residents over the age of 18 in Xuzhou City. Methods A multistage cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the salt intake of 42 114 permanent residents aged 18 years and older using a self-designed questionnaire. Conclusions Guidance residents to develop a good healthy lifestyle, advocate less salt and salted products, eat less pickles, increase the intake of fresh vegetables and fruits, develop good eating habits.
