以四三苯基膦钯(Pd(PPh3)4)作为催化剂,通过Stille偶联反应,2-二异丙基氨基-4,6-二氯均三嗪分别与2,5-二(三丁基锡)噻吩和2,5-二(三丁基锡)-3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩共聚合成了含2-二异丙基氨基均三嗪的两种新型π-共轭聚合物聚(2-异丙基氨基三嗪噻吩)(P1)和聚(2-异丙基氨基三嗪3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)(P2)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1 HNMR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱(PL)、循环伏安(CV)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等测试手段对共聚物P1、P2进行了表征。结果表明:所得聚合物P1、P2都有一定的结晶性,在氯仿、四氢呋喃、三氟乙酸等常用有机溶剂里有一定的溶解性。P1、P2的紫外-可见最大吸收波长分别出现在354nm和374nm处。在CHCl3溶液中,P1与P2的最大发射峰分别出现在454nm和442nm处;P1和P1薄膜的最大发射峰分别为513nm和493nm。与P2相比,P1在0~-1.8V出现明显的n-掺杂峰。
Using tetrakistriphenylphosphine palladium (Pd (PPh3) 4) as a catalyst, 2-diisopropylamino-4,6-dichloro-s-triazine was reacted with 2,5-bis ) Thiophene and 2,5-bis (tributyltin) -3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene were synthesized. Two novel π-conjugated polymers containing 2-diisopropylamino-triazine were synthesized. Isopropylaminotriazinethiophene) (Pl) and poly (2-isopropylaminotriazine 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (P2). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1HNMR, UV-Vis, PL, CV and X-ray powder diffraction XRD and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) were used to characterize the copolymers P1 and P2. The results show that the polymers P1 and P2 have certain crystallinity and have certain solubility in common organic solvents such as chloroform, tetrahydrofuran and trifluoroacetic acid. The UV-visible maximum absorption wavelengths for P1 and P2 appear at 354 nm and 374 nm, respectively. In CHCl3 solution, the maximum emission peak of P1 and P2 appear at 454nm and 442nm respectively. The maximum emission peak of P1 and P1 films are 513nm and 493nm, respectively. Compared with P2, P1 shows significant n-doping peak at 0 ~ -1.8V.
