为了对配电自动化系统通信网络的运行水平进行量化分析,提出基于灰关联投影理论的配电自动化系统通信网络安全性能综合评估模型。由可靠性指标、抗毁性指标、适应性指标和自愈性指标构成通信网络综合评估指标体系。分别运用层次分析法和反熵权法得到指标的主、客观权重,基于加法原理融合主客观权重值得到指标的综合权重值。从正负理想最优解的基本思想出发,结合灰色系统理论和矢量投影原理,计算待评对象的优属度值,实现配电自动化系统通信网络运行方案性能分析。在此基础上,推导了网络安全性能评估指标属性值灵敏度计算公式,为决策者采取应急保护措施提供了参考依据。通过对一个已经投运的配电自动化实际系统进行分析,并与现有方法进行比较,验证了该模型的有效性和优越性。
In order to quantitatively analyze the operation level of distribution automation system communication network, a comprehensive evaluation model of communication network security of distribution automation system based on gray relation projection theory is proposed. From the reliability index, invulnerability index, adaptability index and self-healing index form the comprehensive evaluation index system of communication network. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and anti-entropy method are respectively used to obtain the main objective weight and objective objective weight. Based on the additive principle, subjective and objective weight values are combined to obtain the comprehensive weight value of the indicator. Based on the basic idea of positive and negative ideal optimal solution, combined with the gray system theory and vector projection principle, the degree of privilege of the object to be evaluated is calculated to realize the performance analysis of the communication network operation plan of the distribution automation system. On this basis, the formula for calculating the sensitivity of attribute value of network security performance evaluation index is deduced, which provides a reference for policy makers to take emergency protection measures. By analyzing the actual distribution automation system that has been put into operation and comparing with the existing methods, the validity and superiority of the model are verified.
