随着市场经济的发展,我国中小企业公司越来越多的参与了公司的上市活动。公司股份制的实行在取得重大成效的同时也逐渐暴露出本身的不足。由于我国的中小企业在成立初期都具有家族企业和民营企业的色彩,因此对于广大公司投资者来说,公司的股权结构和公司绩效是高度敏感的问题。为了能够更好的改善公司的经营状况,加强公司股权结构管理,本文针对我国中小企业上市公司的股权结构内部问题进行了详细分析,总结归纳并就股权问题提出了建议,为公司的优化治理提供依据和参考。
With the development of market economy, more and more SME companies in our country are involved in the company’s listing.
