目的研究油茶茎的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、高效制备液相色谱等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从油茶茎中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为3-O-β-D-半乳糖基-(1→2)-[β-D-半乳糖基-(1→2)-β-D-木糖基-(1→3)]-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸基-3β,15α,16α,22α,28-五羟基-22-O-当归酰基-齐墩果-12-烯(1)、camelliasaponin B2(2)、gordonsaponin H(3)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为油茶皂苷Aa,化合物2和3为首次从油茶茎中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Camellia oleifera stem. Methods Silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20, high performance liquid chromatography and other chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results Three compounds were isolated from Camellia oleifera stems and identified as 3-O-β-D-galactosyl- (1 → 2) - [β-D-galactosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D - xylosyl- (1 → 3)] - β-D-glucuronosyl-3β, 15α, 16α, 22α, 28-pentahydroxy-22-O- angeloyl-olean-12-ene ), Camelliasaponin B2 (2), gordonsaponin H (3). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named as Camellia saponin Aa. Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from Camellia oleifera for the first time.
