张凤俊是辽源市第四届、五届、六届人大代表,市人大内司委委员,东辽县第六届人大常委会委员,现任辽源方大锻造有限公司董事长。2007年和2010年他被评为吉林省煤炭系统劳动模范,2009年被评为中国品牌影响力公信人物,同年被辽源市授予“十佳经营管理者”称号,荣获辽源市优秀人大代表殊荣。由他主创的《机械制造业企业生产全过程的精细化管理》,于2010年荣获第十七届全国企业管理创新成果二等奖。
