商品房作为改革开放的产物,近年来在全国各地遍地开花,伴随其增长需求,人们对商品房居住区内相关基础公共设施要求亦越高。本文基于产品设计的维度,通过问卷法、深度访谈法、数据模型法、定性定量等方法用来对商品房居住区居民满意度进行评价分析。目的:提高居民对基础设施的满意度与参与感,达到身心健康;意义:以一个具体的视角(百里华府3期商品房)为未来新建的城镇商品房基础公共设施的设计提供些参考依据;创新点:结合POE方法设计出提高居民用户对居住区公共环境设施使用行为的分类,并对相关设施进行简约性与趣味性设计。
As a product of the reform and opening up, commercial houses have blossomed in various parts of the country in recent years. With the increasing demand, people have higher requirements on the relevant basic public facilities in the residential area of commercial housing. Based on the dimension of product design, this paper evaluates and analyzes the satisfaction degree of residents in commercial residential area through questionnaire, in-depth interview, data model and qualitative and quantitative methods. Objectives: To improve residents’ satisfaction with the infrastructure and their sense of participation to achieve physical and mental health; Significance: To provide some reference for the design of the new public facilities for urban commercial housing based on a specific perspective (Barry 3 Phase) Innovative point: combined with POE method to improve the design of residential users of public facilities in residential areas using the behavior of the classification, and related facilities for simplicity and interesting design.
