目的研究急性白血病(AL)免疫表型特征及诊断价值。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM)对218例初诊急性白血病患者进行免疫分型。结果急性髓系白血病(AML)患者均表达两种以上髓系抗原,其中部分伴有淋系抗原(CD7)表达。急性淋系白血病(ALL)患者均表达淋系抗原,部分表达一种或两种髓系抗原。14例混合型白血病同时表达两种以上淋系和髓系抗原标志。4例慢粒急淋变既表达髓系抗原又表达淋系抗原。结论 FCM免疫分型是在细胞形态学和细胞化学染色基础上对急性白血病诊断与分型的重要补充。
Objective To study the immunophenotypic characteristics and diagnostic value of acute leukemia (AL). Methods 218 cases of newly diagnosed acute leukemia were immunophenotyped by flow cytometry (FCM). Results All myeloid antigens were expressed in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, some of which were associated with lymphoid antigen (CD7) expression. Patients with acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL) all express lymphoid antigens and partially express one or both myeloid antigens. Fourteen cases of mixed leukemia expressed more than two markers of lymphoid and myeloid antigens simultaneously. Four cases of acute myeloid leukemia express both myeloid antigens and lymphoid antigens. Conclusion FCM immunophenotyping is an important supplement to the diagnosis and classification of acute leukemia on the basis of cell morphology and cytochemical staining.
