通过对英语专业本科生进行课堂融入式元认知策略培训的实验干预,探讨了元认知策略培训对学生自主学习能力及英语水平的影响。研究结果发现经过一年的融入式元认知策略培训,实验班和对照班在自主学习能力和英语水平上都有显著性差异,这表明策略培训有助于提高学生的自我计划、自我管理和监控及自我评价等元认知能力,有助于提高学生的自主学习能力。
Through the experimental intervention of English immersing metacognitive strategy training for undergraduates in English major, this paper discusses the impact of metacognitive strategy training on students’ autonomous learning ability and English proficiency. The results showed that after a year of integration metacognitive strategy training, experimental classes and control classes have significant differences in their ability of self-learning and English proficiency, indicating that strategy training helps to improve students’ self-planning and self-management Monitoring and self-evaluation meta-cognitive ability, help to improve students’ ability to learn independently.
