甲、处理人民来信情况和一些收获:(一)一九五二年元月至十二月底,本署及所属七个县处理人民来信工作,据不完全统计共收到人民来信一、八一六件,已经处理的一、七八二件,占来信总数百分之九十七点九,正在处理和未处理的三十四件,占来信总数百分之二点一。根据一、八一六件来信统计,其内容是:检举干部违法乱纪、贪污浪费、官僚主义者共三八七件(占总数百分之二一点三),其中三八一件已处理,六件正在调查处理。婚姻问题四八一件(占总数百分之二六点四),其中四七九件已处理,二件正在处理中。检举杀害人命案四件(占百分之零点一)已处理。土地、债务等纠纷问题二三二件(占总数百分之十三),其中二二三件已处理,正在调查处理九件。检举反革命分子一七件(占总数百分之零点九),其中十五件已处理,二件在调查中。询问通讯处二○○件(占总数百分之一一),其中一九六件已处理,四件正在处理中。反映救济款和优属发放款不公者一八○件(占总数百分之九点九),其中一七○件已处理,十件正在处理。要求参加工作八一件(总总数百分之四点五)已处理。要求解决生产困难一三八
A. Handling of People’s Letters and Some Harvestings: (1) Between January and December of 1952, the Department and its seven counties handled letters and calls from the people. According to incomplete statistics, they received letters from the people. Six pieces, one or seventy-two pieces that have been processed, accounting for 97.9% of the total number of letters, are being processed and not yet processed, or 34%, or 2.1% of the total letters.
