伴随生态涵养发展区产业转型的社会问题莫过于失业农民的再就业,而今延庆县多举措实现的生态就业已经有效缓解了这一主要矛盾。3月1日,考虑到金融危机对延庆县下岗失业人员和农民就业的影响,延庆县政府决定投资7200万元,专门用于“4050”人员、低保户以及农民等困难群体就业,并量身定制了万余个公益性生态管护岗位,就业群体每人每月可实现增收500元。据了解,在今天总共只有10万劳动力的延庆已有3万多人直接或间接实现了生态就业。
