编者按 :本刊在 2 0 0 0年第 6期上刊登了徐荣生先生的《工程项目审批程序流转单研究报告》一文 ,反响很大 ,大家认为 ,这不失为一次有益的尝试。更有读者来函来电希望了解进一步的运用成果及详细资料 ,现刊出“工程项目审批程序 (建委内部 )流转表”供有兴趣者借鉴研究 ,通过共同努力使工程项目审批程序的管理步入科学化、规范化轨道。据悉 ,该项研究项目获江苏省南通市科技情报奖 ,通过了南通市科技成果鉴定 ,并在实际工程中取得了良好效果。
