目的:文章旨在了解外科患者手术感染情况,探究患者术后出院随访对于手术部分的感染率的影响,为有效预防外科术后感染提供可靠凭据。方法:选取浙江省青田县船寮中心卫生院2013年11月~2014年12月1200例住院手术的患者作为本次调查研究的对象,对患者院内感染发生情况进行有效监测,并建立起患者出院后随访跟踪档案,在患者出院后一个月内进行上门随访和电话随访,了解患者手术切口愈合情况及对手术切口护理情况。结果:1200例手术患者,共计发生106例手术部位感染,感染率为8.33%。感染患者中,住院期间感染共计66例,感染率为5.50%,占总感染患者62.26%,患者出院后发生手术部位感染共计40例,感染率为3.33%,占总感染患者37.74%。随访前后患者对手术切口护理健康知识掌握情况比较,随访后明显优于随访前,P均<0.05。结论:在对手术患者进行手术部位感染监测研究时,需使用标准的监控方案,加强患者出院后跟踪随访,获取最有效的监测数据,有助于医务人员了解患者手术部位感染真实情况,总结分析感染,达到有效控制手术部位感染的目的,保证患者手术安全。
Objective: The purpose of this article is to understand the surgical infection in surgical patients and to investigate the impact of postoperative discharge on the infection rate of the surgical patients, so as to provide reliable evidence for effective prevention of postoperative surgical infections.
