[通用名称]Ofloxacin [常用别名] Tarivad(赫斯特)氧氟沙星,氟嗪酸,OFlx,DL—8280,Hol 280 [化学名称] (±)—9—氟—2,3—二氢—3—甲基—10—(4—甲基—1—哌嗪基)—7—氧代—7 H—吡啶并[1,2,3—d][1,4)苯并(口恶)嗪—6—羧酸即:(±)—9—Fluoro—2,3—dihydro—3—methyl—10—(4—methyl)—1—piperazinyl—7—Oxo—7 H—pyrido[1,2,3～de][1,4]benzoxazine—6—Carboxylic acid [作用与用途]本品为喹诺酮类衍生物之一。特征结构是三环结构,并在(口恶)嗪环G之3位置上有一个甲基,该甲基使氟嗪酸在抗菌活性方面有显著功效。本品对葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肠球菌等革兰氏阳性菌的活性较氟哌酸强2～4倍,对大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、沙雷氏菌弱、变形杆菌属、流感嗜血杆菌、奈瑟氏淋球菌等的抗菌活性与氟哌酸
