目的探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ）治疗近视眼再次手术的效果。方法对再次ＰＲＫ手术经半年以上随访的１８例（３１眼）的手术前、后的屈光情况、视力和并发症等临床资料行统计分析。结果再手术后半年内屈光度变化规律与常规ＰＲＫ手术一致，术后半年１８眼屈光度在±１Ｄ以内，２２眼视力≥０．５，角膜ＨＡＺＥ明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０５）；无特殊并发症。结论对第１次ＰＲＫ术后近视欠矫、回退和角膜混浊者行再次ＰＲＫ治疗是有效和安全的。
Objective To investigate the effect of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) for reoperation of myopia. Methods The clinical data of 18 cases (31 eyes) who underwent PRK surgeries more than six months follow-up before and after surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The change rule of refraction within 6 months after operation was consistent with routine PRK operation. Eighteen eyes of refraction within ± 1D and 18 eyes of 0.5% within 6 months after operation were significantly reduced (P <0.05). There was no special complication . Conclusions It is effective and safe to treat PRK after the first PRK with undercorrection, regurgitation and corneal opacity.
