虫媒病是世界上发病率和致死率最高的流行性和季发性病虫伤害性疾病之一,目前利用分子遗传学技术阻断和防治虫媒病的研究已取得一定的成效,本文综述了利用分子遗传技术产生转基因虫媒、虫媒共生体以及传播阻断疫苗等抑制虫媒病的最新进展。
Arbovirus is one of the most prevalent epidemic and seasonal pest diseases in the world. The current research on molecular genetics to block and prevent arbovirus has achieved some results. The use of molecular genetic technology to produce transgenic insects, insect mediator symbionts and the spread of blocking vaccines and other inhibition of arbovirus disease the latest progress.
