针对低速所风洞螺旋桨试验电机现状以及存在的不足,探讨今后风洞螺旋桨试验电机研制的方向。基于国内外伺服电机的发展情况,以低速所FL-12风洞、FL-13风洞为研究对象,通过对电机进行整体参数优化设计,磁场分析、电磁负荷计算等详细分析,得出在电机直径、功率和转速一定的情况下,铁心越长、电机的电磁负荷就越低的结论。分析结果保证了电机的设计指标可以达到预期,并可适当控制电机研制成本。
Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of the low speed wind tunnel test propeller motor, the future research direction of the wind tunnel propeller test motor is discussed. Based on the development of servo motors at home and abroad, the wind tunnel FL-12 and the wind tunnel FL-13 at low speed are taken as research objects. Through the detailed analysis of the overall parameters of the motor, magnetic field analysis and electromagnetic load calculation, Diameter, power and speed of a certain circumstances, the longer the core, the lower the electromagnetic load on the motor conclusion. The results of the analysis ensure that the design specifications of the motor can achieve the expected results and control the cost of motor development properly.
