佳木斯市是黑龙江省东部地区的经济、文化中心和重要的交通枢纽,也是最早开展“全民创业行动”的城市之一。早在2003年,“全民创业”的号角就在这里吹响;2009年初,该市又被确定为首批国家级创建创业型城市;2011年,佳木斯市创业者增长率、创业实体增长率、实体就业贡献率都达到32%以上,创业实体就业增长率、创业实体就业比率分别达到58%、30%。这些丰硕成果的取得都得益于佳木斯市委、市政府多年来始终把全民创业工作作为推动经济发展、社会稳定的首要任务来抓,全面推进创建工作,完善创建五大体系,实施“七大保障”工程,为百姓实现创业梦想提供了机会。
