一、前言本文对吉林油田总机厂制造的 TX—10型井架,按空间受力状态,用矩阵位移法[1]进行了计算。该井架为前开口桅形井架,高15米,顶部宽0.32米,底部宽1.4米,侧宽0.5米。井架的杆件是由钢管制成,整体为焊接结构。本文采用空间刚架模型进行了计算,获得了该井架在多工况下的各杆件内力和节点位移。同时在现场也进行了电测实验。结果表明:采用空间刚架模型的计算结果与实测结果基本符合。并在此基础上,本文对该井架的六种工况进行了计算和分析,给现场提供了使用的参考依据。
I. Preface This paper calculates the TX-10 derrick manufactured by Jilin Oilfield Switchboard Factory according to the space force state and using the matrix displacement method [1]. The derrick is a front mast, 15 meters high, 0.32 meters wide at the top, 1.4 meters wide at the bottom and 0.5 meters wide at the side. Derrick rod is made of steel, the overall structure of the welding. In this paper, the space rigid frame model was used to calculate the internal force and node displacement of each member under multi-working conditions. At the same time in the field also conducted electrical test. The results show that the calculation results of the space rigid frame model are in good agreement with the measured results. Based on this, six conditions of the derrick are calculated and analyzed in this paper, which provides a reference for the use of the derrick.
