本文对水泥粒子初期水化的界面电动现象进行了研究,发现在水泥水化初期,体系中正负粒子共存,随着水化的继续,正粒子逐渐减少,负粒子则增多。根据这一结果,文章又分析了减水剂后掺法的作用原理,并认为在掺量相同时,后掺法的效果优于先掺法;在作用效果相同时,后掺法的减水剂用量少于先掺法的减水剂用量。
In this paper, we study the interfacial electrokinetic phenomena of the initial hydration of cement particles. It is found that positive and negative particles coexist in the early stage of cement hydration, and as the hydration continues, positive particles gradually decrease and negative particles increase. Based on this result, the article also analyzed the principle of the post-doping of water-reducing agent, and considered that the effect of post-doping is better than that of the first-doped method when the same amount of water-reducing agent is used; when the effect is the same, the post-doping water-reducing method is used. The amount of agent is less than the amount of superplasticizer mixed first.
