五强溪水库位于湖南省西部,沅江中游,跨东经109°54～111°03′,北纬27°19′～29°02′。境内山峦起伏,河谷深壑,辰水、武水和酉水三条主流及400余条溪流注入库区。建库后涉及沅陵、辰溪和泸溪三县的51个乡镇、4.4万亩耕地被淹。为了摸清库区蓄水前肺吸虫中间宿主——贝类及蟹类的种类、分布、感染情况,和居民肺吸虫感染情况,预测蓄水后肺吸虫病流行的发展趋势,我们在五强溪库区对肺吸虫病的潜在影响进行了调查,结果报道如下。 调查内容和方法 一、人群感染调查 用肺吸虫皮试抗原(湖南省卫生防疫站1989年生产,浓度1∶6000对库区居民进行肺吸虫皮内试验,皮试阳性者进行个案调查。 二、肺吸虫第一、二中间宿主调查 在淡水螺、蟹孳生环境,采集螺、蟹标本,先鉴定种名,然后进行定性解剖,发现阳性后,再逐个进行解剖,计算其感染度。 三、保虫宿主调查 对库区境内饲养的家犬、家猫
