圆柱形摆辗件是常见的最简单的典型摆辗件,研究它的变形特点和规律,对于深入认识摆辗变形规律具有重要意义。一、圆柱件摆辗变形的某些规律圆柱件摆辗变形情况与辗压力大小(亦即进给量大小)、毛坯高径比(h_0/D_0)和润滑状态关系很大。本项研究中,通过对φ20和φ38的铅和软铝试件(高径比为1.5、1、0.8、0.6、0.4、0.2等)进行多次变形试验及应力分布测试,发现圆柱件摆辗有如下一些变形规律:
