奥斯卡·冯·米勒论坛坐落在德国巴伐利亚州首府慕尼黑市中心,位于古城区和大学及博物馆区的交汇处。该建筑是慕尼黑工业大学为促进国际交流与合作,培养高端建筑工程学科人才而设立的交流中心。项目的投资人是巴伐利亚建筑工业基金会。因地处建筑密集的城市中心区,该项目开发须满足高容积率要求,用地面积1286m2,总建筑面积约7540m2。建筑共7层,高度至檐口约22m,至屋顶28m。
The Oscars von Miller Forum is located in the heart of Munich, the capital of Bavaria, Germany, at the confluence of the Old Town and the University and Museum District. The building is an exchange center set up by the Technical University of Munich for the promotion of international exchange and cooperation and for the training of high-end architectural engineering professionals. The investor in the project is the Bavarian Construction Industry Foundation. Due to the fact that it is located in a densely populated urban center, the development of this project has to meet the requirements of high floor area ratio with a land area of 1286m2 and a total gross floor area of about 7540m2. Building a total of seven layers, the height of cornice about 22m, to the roof 28m.
