对甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)与埃塞俄比亚芥(Brassica carinata Br.)种间杂交亲和性及F_1植株形态进行了研究。结果表明:种间杂交亲和性显著低于双亲种内杂交亲和性。种间杂交亲和指数为0.76;种内杂交亲和指数,N×N为14.91,Ca×Ca为5.66。尽管种间杂交结角率为62.17%,但空角率高达73.50%,而且平均每角结籽数(1.22粒)显著低于种内杂交组合(N×N为16.93,Ca×Ca为5.69)。种间杂交的正反交亲和性有明显差异,N×Ca和Ca×N组合的亲和指数分别为1.42和0.04;空角率分别为47.81%和95.48%;平均每角种子数分别为2.59和0.06粒。种间杂交亲和程度,正交(N×Ca)强于反交。杂种F_1植株形态为双亲中间型但偏向于埃芥,F_1植株营养生长旺盛,但雄蕊外形不正常,表现不孕,回交有可能克服该种问杂种F_1的不孕性。
The interspecific hybridization compatibility and F 1 plant morphology of Brassica napus L. and Brassica carinata Br. The results showed that the interspecific hybridization affinity was significantly lower than that of the parents. The interspecific hybridization affinity index was 0.76. The intraspecific hybridization affinity index showed N × N of 14.91 and Ca × Ca of 5.66. Although the interspecific hybridization rate was 62.17%, the null angle rate was as high as 73.50%, and the average number of seeds per corner was 1.22, which was significantly lower than the intraspecific crosses (N × N = 16.93, Ca × Ca = 5.69) . Interspecific hybrids had significant differences in the reciprocity of reciprocal hybrids. The affinity indices of N × Ca and Ca × N combinations were 1.42 and 0.04 respectively, and the vacancy angles were 47.81% and 95.48% respectively. The average seed number per seed was 2.59 and 0.06 grains. Interspecific hybridization affinity, orthogonal (N × Ca) stronger than the anti-cross. The hybrid F_1 plant was in the middle form of parents, but was biased toward the mustard. F_1 plants grew vigorously, but the stamens were abnormal in shape and showed infertility. Backcrossing might overcome the infertility of F1 hybrids.
