天津振津管道工程总公司是88年6月份,在原水利设备修造厂的基础上成立的施工企业。成立伊始正逢国家压缩基建规模,以至建筑市场竞争十分激烈,我们可谓是困境中诞生的。公司成立以来,我们在一个资金只有百万,职工只有百人的小维修厂的基础上,未向国家要一分钱,未向银行贷一元款,四年迈出四大步,保持了生产的持续发展。各项经济技术指标已跃居全国同行业的前列。1990年4月我公司被评为“天津市先进企业”,九月晋升为“国家二级企业”,同年又被市政府命名为“重合同,守信誉”单位。1992年我公司又被中国企业管理协会编人为全国最佳经济效益企业。现在,我们的经营范围已遍及全国十多个省、市,在五个省、市建立了九个独资公司和三个联营公司。企业由弱到强,由小到大的发展历程,使我们深有体会:不改变观念不行J不转换机制不行!

Now, our business scope has spread over more than 10 provinces and cities across the country. We have established nine wholly-owned companies and three associated companies in five provinces and cities.
