起早贪黑磨豆腐1994年,孙大芬和丈夫带着不满周岁的孩子,来到了农一师九团七连。因为来得太晚没包上地,夫妻俩只好在团部打零工糊口。过了一段时间,夫妻俩稍有积蓄,花3500元买了一台磨豆机。两人没有经验,刚开始做出的豆腐别人吃了直唤碜牙,口感太差。卖了一个月的豆腐,连本钱都没挣回来。孙大芬有点灰心,想到广东去打工,但丈夫不愿意,让她找了一个地方好好地去学一学。她在阿拉尔学了3个月,回到家以后,先做了一板豆腐让左邻右舍品尝,大家都说挺不错,于是孙大芬两口信心百倍,起早贪黑地干起来了。常言道世上有三苦:打铁拉纤磨豆腐。每天晚上2点钟以前,要把豆子称好、挑净、泡涨,凌晨五六点钟要开机下料、出浆、点卤。鸡刚叫几声,那热乎乎、香喷喷的豆腐便下笼了。那一年,他们的收入创纪录达到8000元。就这样苦干几年,孙大芬两口子靠卖豆腐有了一份不菲的家底。
