It defines the capacity of a given traffic distribution as the maximum packet rate. This method can select the appropriate path for the network to determine the delay packet transmission. In this paper, a single direction free-loop interconnected ring communication system is proposed by topology method. The calculation of the single form of traffic is given, and the formulas used in this interconnected ring communication system are given
