Y54型插齿机的工作台,原来的设计结构(图1)有较大的缺陷:工件定心心轴是反锥度的,需要从下往上穿,装卸十分麻烦;定位与夹紧都在一体上,夹紧后容易引起心轴变形,影响定心精度;工作台上没有T型槽,一般内齿轮很难装卡,尤其是带轴的内齿轮,更无法装夹。针对以上情况,我们改进了工作台结构。实践证明效果很好。改进结构如图2。具体改进方法是:
